Akhil – Studied in a reputed engineering school and is working for a large services firm for 2 years. Akhil is now looking to get an opportunity to work in startup product engineering team, that too of a stable startup.

Pooja – Studied in a reputed engineering school and is working for an unstable or an under performing startup. Pooja is always worried of losing her job, and is looking for an immediate change. 

Raj – Studied in a reputed engineering school and is working for a stable & well reputed startup. However, Raj is unhappy with his current role and feels he can perform better somewhere else. Or Raj is looking to build a career in a more niche / different domain.

All Quilin’ians are QuilinX employees, full time on our payroll . However, we allow every Quilin’ian to get absorbed with the end client, after completing a minimum of one (1) year with QuilinX. 

QuilinX is neither a services nor a hiring company. We are a tech startup aimed to build a community which helps startups scale & in turn work as a career growth engine for deserving talent. As a Quilin’ian you will always work in a product engineering team of a large startup.

Job Security –The role  is immune to the up’s and down’s that are synonymous to working for startups like funding crunch/ industry recession. In such cases, when the internal developers lose their jobs; Quilin'ian is safe as can be easily transferred to another high growth client.

Learning Opportunity – As a Quilin’ian, you will get right exposure to upskill yourself by working in large startups & also with the highly talented peer group of other Quilin’ians working for different clients.

QuilinX performs background checks for our new joiners. We have partnered with agencies like ISO/PBSA certified agencies for the same. 

As previously mentioned, QuilinX doesn’t take any project or freelance work. You will be working inclusively with the engineering teams of the startups, with no end date for the assignment. You will not face any challenge while working, and most Quilin’ians are working on some of the most critical products in the client teams.
