Partner referral guidelines

• •Warm introductions only. Referrals should be to companies you have a genuine existing relationship with — cold forwarding of contact lists is not accepted.
• •Disclose your relationship. Inform QuilinX of your relationship to the referred company (advisor, ex-colleague, investor, etc.) at the time of referral.
• •No competing engagements. Do not refer a company you are currently serving in a capacity that overlaps with QuilinX's engineering staffing services.
• •One referral per company. If a company has already been referred or is an existing QuilinX client, a duplicate referral will not qualify for commission.
• •Confidentiality. Partner commission rates and programme terms shared by QuilinX are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.
• •Mutual conflict check. QuilinX reserves the right to decline any referral where a conflict of interest — direct or indirect — cannot be resolved to both parties' satisfaction.
